Product Overview

Fluted Polypropylene- Durable lightweight thermoplastic

Fluted polypropylene, also known as corrugated polypropylene or by the brand name Coroplast, is a lightweight plastic material similar to cardboard. This material is made from polypropylene copolymer and is known for its durability, water resistance, and chemical inertness.  Fluted polypropylene is also highly resistant to wear and tear, UV radiation, and environmental stress, ensuring long-lasting performance in both indoor and outdoor settings. Additionally, it can be easily cut, folded, and printed on, offering flexibility in fabrication and design.

Features and Benefits:

  • Weather resistant: Can withstand the elements making it perfect for both indoor and outdoor use.
  • High Thermal Stability: Withstands extreme temperatures, maintaining its properties in harsh environments.
  • Chemical Resistance: Resistant to a wide range of chemicals, including acids and solvents, ensuring longevity and reliability.
  • Low Moisture Absorption: Performs consistently even in wet conditions, keeping its integrity intact.
  • Printable: Can be printed on, making it great for signs and POP displays.

Applications:

  • Building & Construction: Great for protecting flooring and delicate surfaces during construction.
  • Electronics: Great for insulative and heat-resistant components.
  • Display: Used in signs and P.O.P. displays for its easy printability.
